Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney for our Denver-area office. You will independently manage plaintiff-side pre-litigation cases, evaluate liability and damages, prepare demand packages, and negotiate settlements with insurers.

You will work with experienced trial attorneys, gain exposure to courtroom proceedings, and build relationships for long-term practice growth. On-site role in Denver metro area, with potential case origination incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and authorization to practice law in Colorado.
• Ability to manage a personal injury caseload independently.
• Strong negotiation, case evaluation, and client communication skills.
• Interest in business development and building professional referral relationships.
• Currently located in the Denver metropolitan area and available to work on-site.
• Litigation or second-chair trial experience is a plus, but not required.
