Orion Placement is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our growing team in the Denver area. You will independently manage plaintiff-side cases through pre-litigation, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate settlements with insurers.

The role offers on-site work in the Denver metropolitan area, with mentorship from experienced trial attorneys and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury pre-litigation experience.
• JD degree and authorization to practice law in Colorado.
• Ability to manage a personal injury caseload independently.
• Strong negotiation, case evaluation, and client communication skills.
• Interest in business development and building professional referral relationships.
• Located in the Denver metropolitan area and available to work on-site.
