Job summary

The Law Offices of Roderick C. White in Dallas is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to own your caseload, collaborate with senior attorneys, and grow into additional practice areas such as family law or criminal defense.

You will provide passionate advocacy for injured clients, handle cases from intake to resolution, and contribute to a high-performing team with modern technology and supportive staff.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license and in good standing.
• 1–3 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
• Strong legal writing and analytical abilities.
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and related negligence claims.
• Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation and resolution.
• Develop legal strategies that maximize client outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the life of their cases.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case progression and an exceptional client experience.
