Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Wisconsin is seeking Non-Medical Personal Caregivers to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. Flexible daytime, evening, weekend and overnight shifts are available, with opportunities for part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to serve others.
• Dependability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients of all ages.
• Reliable transportation, must have valid Driver's License & current car insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – training provided!

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care, companionship, and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer medication reminders (non-medical).
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff.
• Provide personal cares and standby assistance.
• Deliver punctual, reliable care and consistently cover assigned shifts.
