Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Necedah, WI is seeking non-medical personal caregivers on a flexible part-time or full-time basis. Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and dependable shift coverage.

We value a warm, customer-focused attitude, reliability, and clear communication. Training is provided, with multiple scheduling options to fit daytime, evening, weekend, and overnight needs.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to serve others.
• Positive attitude and warm personality.
• Dependability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients of all ages.
• Reliable transportation, must have valid Driver's License & current car insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – training provided!
