Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Marshfield, WI is seeking Non-Medical Personal Caregivers for all shifts, with an immediate need for evening and weekend team members. Positions include part-time, full-time, and flexible scheduling.

Provide non-medical care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and reliable shift coverage. You will work with clients across ages, requiring empathy, dependability, and strong communication; training is provided.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to serve others.
• A positive attitude and warm personality.
• Dependability and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients of all ages.
• Reliable transportation, must have valid Driver's License & current car insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – training provided!

Responsibilities
