Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking Non-Moodical Personal Caregivers to provide non-medical care, companionship, and social engagement in WI. Positions offer flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts across multiple locations.

We value a genuine desire to serve others, a positive attitude, dependability, and strong communication skills. Training is provided; driver’s license and car insurance are required for mobility.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with clients of all ages.
• Reliable transportation must have valid Driver's License & current car insurance.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required – training provided!

Responsibilities

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Offer medication reminders.
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and staff.
• Provide personal cares and standby assistance.
• Deliver punctual, reliable care and consistently cover assigned shifts.
