What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage and update your database by contacting guests at the right time with the right message
  • Utilize exceptional listening skills and ask qualified discovery questions to close sales effectively
  • Meet performance metrics and objectives established by the employer
  • Participate in a 10-12 week paid training program to learn about products, systems, and best sales practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Strong sales skills and time management abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
  • Ability to master new computer systems
  • Commitment to a 12-month tenure post-training before applying for other positions within the company
