What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make 40-60 outbound calls and generate over 100 outbound emails daily to build relationships and close sales
- Manage and update your database by contacting guests at the right time with the right message
- Utilize exceptional listening skills and ask qualified discovery questions to close sales effectively
- Meet performance metrics and objectives established by the employer
- Participate in a 10-12 week paid training program to learn about products, systems, and best sales practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills and time management abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
- Ability to master new computer systems
- Commitment to a 12-month tenure post-training before applying for other positions within the company
