- Make 40-60 outbound sales calls and generate 100+ outbound emails daily to potential guests
- Build and maintain relationships with guests to foster referrals and repeat business
- Manage your database by contacting guests at the right time with the appropriate messaging
- Utilize exceptional listening skills and ask qualified discovery questions to close sales
- Meet performance metrics and objectives consistently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills and performance-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with Excel and Outlook preferred
- Must commit to a 12-month period post-training before applying for other positions within the company

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Familiarity with new computer systems and technology
- Previous experience in the travel or cruise industry
