Job Description

We’re looking for an energetic, sales-minded, and performance-driven individual to join our team as a Personal Cruise Consultant. This is a fully remote/work from home position. Your responsibilities include making outbound sales calls to interested guests, building relationships to generate referrals and repeat business, managing your database, and using exceptional listening and discovery skills to close sales.

Successful candidates will have strong sales, time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. Prior experience with Excel and Outlook is preferred. You will place 40-60 outbound calls and send 100+ outbound emails daily, meeting performance metrics and objectives.

Compensation

Base hourly wage starting at $15.00/hour (or higher), plus sales incentives. Guaranteed monthly incentives include $1,500 during training and $2,000 post-training for the first six months. A 12-month post-training commitment is required.

Your PCC Journey

After passing initial assessments and interviews, new hires undergo 10-12 weeks of paid training. Earnings grow as you build your book of business. The training begins on July 14, 2025, with hours Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST. Post-training hours are 10 AM – 7 PM PST, with one weekend day required.

Requirements

• High-speed internet (cable or fiber preferred, no satellite/dial-up)
• Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download, 12 Mbps upload
• No data caps
• Hard-wired computer connection (Wi-Fi not compatible)
