The Personal Concierge administers and supervises all True Waldorf Service (TWS) arrivals to ensure an authentic and unique service experience by providing high levels of courtesy, professionalism, and unparalleled service. This role acts as the first impression of Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts by contacting guests prior to arrival, understanding their needs, and preparing for their stay. Responsibilities include:

Type: Full-Time
Shift: Various, including Overnights (must be available for overnight, weekends, holidays)
Pay: $29.32/hour; after 9 months, increase to 90% of this rate per collective bargaining agreement.
