Job summary

Down To Earth Cuisine Personal Chef Services in Seattle is seeking skilled chefs to join our growing team. You will create personalized weekly menus based on client dietary preferences, shop at local markets, and prepare meals in the client's kitchen, delivering up to a week’s dinners.

This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, sustainability practices, and strong time-management and communication with clients and the company, with Monday–Friday hours and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Culinary training or certification is a must.
• Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
• Patience and the ability to build trust with clients.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and willingness to follow them.
• 5 years' experience as a professional chef (3-4 years DOE)

Responsibilities

• Create menus for clients on a weekly basis.
• Shop at local markets for supplies.
• Prepare a week's worth of meals in the client's kitchen.
• Leave the kitchen spotless before heading to your next client.
• Consistent communication with the company and clients.
• Complete daily job report.
• Participate in regular virtual team meetings

Do you consider yourself a master chef? Are you an expert at a multitude of cuisines? Do you consider yourself a consummate customer service professional? We are Down To Earth Cuisine Personal Chef Services and we are looking for rock star chefs chefs to join our growing team.

Down To Earth Cuisine offers chefs an alternative to the restaurant grind. Our chefs enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule during business hours. Have a life outside of work!

You will create personalized menus for clients, based on dietary preferences. Then shop, prepare the meals in the client's kitchen, and package up to a week’s worth of dinners for clients to enjoy at their leisure.

This role offers an opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, provide top-tier customer service, and contribute to our sustainability-focused approach. Requirements

• -Availability: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekends
• -Culinary training or certification is a must.
• -Strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
