A Better Solution In Home Care - Las Vegas is hiring a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to support clients in their Las Vegas homes. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment.

Join a team committed to compassionate, high-quality care. CPR and First Aid certification are required, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in personal care or a similar role is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor client health conditions.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document and report any changes in client behavior or health to the supervisor.
• Support clients with mobility and transportation needs.
• Foster a positive and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
