Job summary

We Care For You Corporation is seeking compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in their homes. You will deliver person-centered care, assist with daily activities, and promote safety, comfort, and independence.

The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and committed to high-quality in-home care, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and meaningful engagement with clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar position is preferred but not required
• Willingness to complete required training and orientation
• Ability to follow care plans, health and safety guidelines, and company policies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide mobility assistance and prescribed exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks according to client needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean living environment
• Provide medication reminders and assistance as permitted by care plan
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist clients with errands and community activities
• Accompany clients to medical appointments when appropriate
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition, needs, or behavior
• Follow client care plans and company policies/procedures
• Promote client dignity, independence, privacy, and choice
