Job summary

Qualifications

• Current PCA or CNA certification in Nevada preferred.
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or related healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, caring demeanor.
• Ability to assist with transfers, lifting, and physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide personal care and mobility support in clients' homes.
• Monitor and report changes in client health to supervisors.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Accurately document care provided and maintain client records.

• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Accurately document care provided and maintain client records

Requirements:

• Current PCA or CNA certification in the state of Nevada preferred
• Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, caring demeanor
• Ability to assist with transfers, lifting, and physical tasks as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check and drug screeningCPR/First Aid certification is a plus
