Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Northern CO is seeking compassionate Personal Caregivers to provide 1-on-1 care and companionship for seniors in private homes in the Greeley area.

We offer competitive hourly wages ($17.50–$22.00) with flexible scheduling, paid sick time, and benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k) and matching, and more. Join our team to support seniors living independently at home.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Transportation: Valid driver's license.
• Background check: pass a standard background check.
• Experience: In-Home Caregiver, PCA, or senior living experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 compassionate personal care and companionship to seniors in private home settings.
• Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), light housekeeping, and personal routine support.
• Flexible shifts available: Days, evenings, and overnight shifts to fit family, work, and school commitments.
• Schedule: Every other weekend required; occasional holiday shifts (paid at Time-and-a-Half).

Caregiver Qualifications & Requirements

• Transportation: Access to reliable transportation with a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Background Check: Ability to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Experience: Previous experience as an In-Home Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), in home care or senior living communities is a plus!
