Job summary

ComForCare Home Care - Naperville is hiring caregivers to support clients in their own homes in Naperville, IL. You will help with daily activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, and household tasks while providing companionship and respite support to families.

The role emphasizes a compassionate approach, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts to meet client needs. Prior in-home or senior care experience is a plus, with a high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Previous caregiving experience in-home or in senior communities is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent in their own homes.
• Provide assistance with personal care.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs.
• Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
