Job summary

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Worker to assist Wind Crest residents with daily activities, support meal service, and foster meaningful relationships within a 12-hour shift environment.

You will promote well-being, assist with social activities, and ensure a clean, safe living space while working weekends and rotating days. Wind Crest offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Caregiver preferred
• CPR certification is preferred (CPR certification required within 90 days of hire)
• Must have availability on weekends and weekdays, open availability preferred
• Must be able to attend a daytime Monday to Thursday orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships
• Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents
• Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested
• Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety
