Job summary

Wind Crest by Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Home Care Worker for a per diem role within our gated retirement community. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, housekeeping, meals, and accompany residents to events.

The schedule includes days/evenings with two weekends per month and at least one weekday. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered, with CNA school assistance available under conditions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a care provider for seniors is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable with intimate care for all genders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (non-medical) and assist with activities of daily living.
• Support residents with routine housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, pet care, closet organization and kitchen chores.
• Escort residents to appointments and social events.
• Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships with residents.
• Notifies office promptly of any change in a resident's condition; adheres to care standards.
• Maintain competency in required job skills and knowledge.

Join our team as a Home Care Worker and do what you love - without the travel! Our clients are all within our gated retirement community. As a caregiver, you'll provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, handle housekeeping and meal preparation, and escort residents to appointments and social events.

Schedule:

This is a per diem / flex role. We have days and evenings open. Two weekends are required a month (Saturday and Sunday) along with at least one weekday each week.

How you will make an impact

What you will need

Compensation

$19.50-$23.00/hour (depending on experience and license)
