Peaceful Living, L.L.C. in New Richmond, WI, seeks compassionate Personal Care Workers to support clients with dignity and independence. You will provide hands-on assistance, create a safe and respectful environment, and learn each client’s routines and preferences.

Paid training is provided. No prior caregiving experience is required, and we welcome dependable team players who are 16 or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• As a Personal Care Worker, provide hands-on support while creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment.
• Create a welcoming environment that supports clients’ individual needs, goals, and self-expression.
• Monitor clients and provide support based on their individual needs.
• Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hair care, and oral hygiene.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to activities and medical appointments.
• Build positive relationships by learning clients’ routines, preferences, behaviors, and communication styles.
• Treat every client with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers, managers, and other care team members.

Job Details:

• Searching for a Personal Care Worker to work with one of our many clients in New Richmond, WI.
• Schedule: Morning, Evening and Overnight shifts available (occasional weekend shifts may be required, depending on client needs).
• Schedules vary based upon client's needs; our Human Resources team will work with you to find the right scheduling fit based on your availability.

What You’ll Do:

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll provide hands‑on support while creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment for the people we serve. Your responsibilities may include:

• Creating a welcoming environment that supports clients’ individual needs, goals, and self‑expression.
