Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or product safety, ideally within the flavor or fragrance industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in IFRA Standards, FDA, and EU cosmetic regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance for raw materials, formulas, and finished products within personal care categories.
• Review, evaluate, and approve formulations and ingredients in alignment with IFRA, FDA, and EU cosmetic regulations.
• Manage and maintain EHS system parameters consistent with industry, regulatory, and customer standards.
• Prepare and submit regulatory documentation to customers and governmental agencies.
• Provide day-to-day regulatory and safety guidance to Flavorists and R&D teams during oral care product development.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and safety communications with customers and suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital regulatory systems and documentation workflows.
