Job summary

Zing Recruiting seeks a Regulatory Affairs Specialist in West Caldwell, NJ to support regulatory compliance for flavor, fragrance, personal care and specialty chemical ingredients. This role focuses on regulatory documentation, customer requests, certifications, and monitoring regulatory changes.

Key functions include preparing SDS and regulatory documents, addressing customer questionnaires, ensuring FDA/IFRA/GHS/OSHA compliance, maintaining Kosher/Halal certifications, and supporting audits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years regulatory experience in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients, cosmetics, or specialty chemicals.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, FEMA GRAS, IFRA Standards, GHS/OSHA, and TSCA.
• Experience preparing SDS documents and responding to customer regulatory requests.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience

Position Overview
