Job summary

Messiah Lifeways is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support Enhanced Living residents with daily living tasks and personal care. You will work closely with the nursing team to encourage independence and respond to call bells with care and urgency.

After 90 days, there is an opportunity to grow into a Med Tech role within a mission-driven community that serves adults 55+ with compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.

• Communicate with the Charge Nurse and Enhanced Living Director.
• Assist with transfers (bed - chair, etc.).
• Report changes in physical or mental status.

What Else You'll Need

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Nursing Assistant training (preferred but not required)
• 1 Year Clerical experience in healthcare setting preferred, but not required
