Seven Hills Foundation in Worcester, MA is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Homemaker to provide essential personal care and related household tasks under supervisor guidance.

You will perform bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and transfers while respecting privacy and adapting to varied needs. A high school diploma and a 60-hour homemaker training are required, with ongoing state-m mandated training annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of Homemaker training program = 60 hours (Massachusetts guideline).
• On-going state required staff development training = 6 hours per year.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and household tasks.
• Bathing, showers, dressing, grooming, and hair care.
• Light housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting and cleaning kitchens/bathrooms.
• Prepare meals, shop for essentials, and manage simple errands.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily routines under supervision.
