RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Personal Care Home Activity Coordinator to plan, organize, and lead engaging daily programs for residents.

You will create monthly activity calendars, arrange group events and outings, and work closely with care staff to meet resident needs while documenting activities to comply with state regulations. You will also manage supplies, lead volunteers, and assess new residents to tailor programs to interests and abilities.

-As a Personal Care Home Activity Coordinator, you plan, organize and lead engaging daily programs that promote physical, mental, and social well-being for the residents.

-Key responsibilities include creating monthly activity calendars, organizing group events and outings, coordinating with care staff to accommodate resident needs, and maintaining activity documentation to comply with state regulations like Pennsylvania Chapter 2600

• The A.C. also manages activity supplies, leads volunteer efforts, efforts, and conducts initial activity assessment for new residents to tailor programs to their interests and abilities.

Pre-employment screening:

• Complete criminal background
• Name checked in the registries. (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
• Drug testing
• Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements.
• Proof of employment history or references (if required)
• Positions that require driving Proof of driver’s license, driver’s insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
