This role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and global teams, travels 20-40%, and requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in personal care. Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, regulatory requirements, and product claims is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in personal care sales/BD or related roles.
• Experience with cosmetic ingredients, formulation, and regulatory knowledge.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales calls and in-person visits to grow regional sales.
• Develop and manage opportunity pipeline for cosmetic raw materials segments.
• Support marketing activities and act as technical sales contact.
• Enter reports into CRM per company rules.
• Develop regional segment strategy and implement with global teams.
• Represent Evonik at tradeshows and industry events.
