Green Mountain Union High School is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and student-focused individual to join our educational team as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) with LNA credentials for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time, school-year position working five days per week in support of a student with diverse learning, physical, and medical needs.
The PCA provides both instructional and personal care support, helping students access their educational program while ensuring their health, safety, comfort, and participation throughout the school day. The hourly rate will be commensurate with experience and driven by the collective bargaining agreement ($17.35 - $21.35 per hour, currently under negotiations and is expected to increase).
The ideal candidate is caring, patient, flexible, and committed to supporting students' educational, social, and personal growth. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, dependable, and dedicated to creating an inclusive learning environment for all students. Position Type: Full-time
