Chester-Andover Elementary School is seeking a paraprofessional educator for the 2026-2027 school year to work 1:1 with a student. The following are requirements of this dynamic position:
Assist during teacher directed instruction
Monitor students during independent or group activities
Prepare curriculum materials with direction from the teacher
Monitor student safety in a variety of settings
Work with students who are diverse learners
Help students access curriculum, with support
Help with student accommodations and modifications
Support social interaction with students
Any other duty assigned by the supervisor in supporting students
The ideal candidate should have a high level of energy and work well with all students. The hourly rate will be commensurate with education and experience as designated by the collective bargaining agreement ($19.50 - $27.10 per hour). Position Type: Full-time
