Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Lee-Pontotoc County is seeking compassionate Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide in-home support for clients in their homes. This role emphasizes dignity, comfort, and independence, with duties spanning personal care, mobility assistance, companionship, meal prep, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Experience as a PCA, CNA, caregiver, or similar role preferred.
• Ability to treat clients with respect, patience and empathy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting and mobility (up to 25 lbs).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required.

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers and positioning.
