United Legacy Retirement Communities is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide exceptional support to the residents we serve.
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) assists residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life.
Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation as appropriate.
Assist with meals and hydration.
Provide companionship and meaningful interaction.
Respond promptly and courteously to resident requests.
Observe residents and report changes in condition or behavior to the appropriate team member.
Assist residents in maintaining their independence whenever possible.
Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe resident environment.
Follow individualized service plans and community policies.
Treat every resident with patience, dignity, compassion, and respect.
Compassionate and dependable individuals with a genuine desire to serve older adults.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
Previous senior living, assisted living, memory care, home care, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
