Job summary

Brookridge Heights Assisted Living & Memory Care in Marquette, MI is seeking compassionate team members for our resident care team. You will help with daily living activities, assist with meals, and support engaging activities to enhance residents’ quality of life.

• Assist with instrumental activities of daily living, medications, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence.
• Escort residents within the building and outside as needed.
• Assist with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents on a regular schedule.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times.
