Job summary

Sonida Senior Living’s Brookview Meadows in Green Bay is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide to join our compassionate care team. You will administer prescribed medications, assist residents with daily activities, and support CNAs to ensure comfort and safety for our senior residents.

As a licensed Wisconsin Medication Aide, you will monitor residents, document care, and help with hygiene, mobility, and nutrition while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Wisconsin as a Medication Aide.
• Ability to administer medications safely and per physician orders.
• Experience providing personal hygiene assistance and ADL support.

Responsibilities

• Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.
• Provide patient hygiene care including baths, shaves, and grooming as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.

**Eligibility based on location

• You will be responsible for setting up and administering resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration, and may supervise CNAs as directed
• Provides patients' personal hygiene by giving bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, and shaves; assisting with travel to the bathroom; helping with showers and baths
• Provides for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary; ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; providing fresh water and nourishment between meals
• Maintains patient stability by checking vital signs and weight; testing urine; recording intake and output information

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in Wisconsin as a Medication Aide, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
