Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in California is seeking caring, dependable, and bilingual personal care attendants to join our team providing in-home, non-medical care to clients in their homes.

As a personal care attendant, you will offer one-on-one support, assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, prepare meals, and ensure safety with mobility support and transportation as needed. Flexible part-time and full-time shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish, English, or Mandarin.
• Patient, caring demeanor with ability to work independently.
• Must have TB test, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid driver’s license.
• Proof of auto insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and ensure home safety.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques.
• Assist with transportation to appointments or errands when applicable.
• Communicate with the care team to maintain high-quality care.
