Job description

Elders Inn is currently hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) for the AM and PM shifts!

Pay Rate- $19.52 per hour

AM shift is 6:00am-2:30pm

PM shift is 2:30pm-11:00pm

The primary functions of a PCA are:

• Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
• Monitor resident activity and functional status
• Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort

We are looking for full time or on-call employees

• Full-time employees work a 4-on/2-off rotation

Minimum qualifications are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
• Ability to life 150 pounds

Employment requirements include:

• Current COVID-19 vaccination
• Physical
• TB test
• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
