Our Guest Attendants will serve theater guests, acting as their point of contact for check-in, finding theaters, answering questions at the Concierge desk, confirming/taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and processing payments. They focus on creating a world-class hospitality experience while maintaining safety standards, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment. They are the face of Alamo and strive to make guests feel welcome and cared for.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain kindness and understanding
• Organize and lead theater cleaning, ensuring seats are sanitized between screenings
• Manage order cards, safety, and guest needs across multiple theaters
• Launch and manage guest orders from POS entry to delivery
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
• Maintain assistive listening and closed-caption devices
• Foster a positive, team-driven atmosphere
• Troubleshoot guest issues with management support
• Own the lobby and seating experience, managing lines, announcing seating, guiding guests, and communicating with leadership
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings and current films and events
• Ensure cleanliness standards for the venue and touched surfaces
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain high safety standards
• Handle all guest interactions and oversee the overall guest experience
• Uphold company standards of behavior, conduct, and operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years experience in high-volume restaurant/theater environment preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Active alcohol and food handler certifications as required by state
• Being a cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Light lifting up to 50 lbs and transporting items
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk up and down stairs repeatedly
• Position oneself discreetly in theaters
• Operate POS touchscreen devices
• Work in a busy, loud environment with caution
