Job summary

VitalCaring Group is seeking reliable Caregivers/PCAs to support adult patients one-on-one in their homes. This role offers $12–$15 per hour with benefits and flexible scheduling. Join a team that values compassionate care and patient safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of caregiving experience in home health or similar settings and are comfortable assisting with ADLs and using basic mobility equipment. Help clients stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• 1+ year caregiving experience in home health, hospital, or similar settings preferred.
• ADL experience (bathing, dressing, meals, transfers, etc.).
• Experience with Hoyer lift or sliding board preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, safety, and support to adult patients in their homes.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers).
• Support errands and appointments as needed.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition.
