Job summary

Soothinghandsagency is seeking Home Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home support for seniors and individuals with disabilities in Richmond and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and reporting changes to the care team. Requires high school diploma; CPR preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient and reliable demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
