VitalCaring is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers/PCAs to support adult patients one-on-one in their homes in Sugar Land, Texas. Shifts include Su, M, W, F from 7am–7pm or 9am–7pm, with competitive pay and a team that values you.

Responsibilities include companionship, ADLs, light housekeeping, and ensuring safety. Preferred: 1+ year caregiving experience and CNA certification; experience with Hoyer lift or sliding boards. Benefits, 401(k), PTO, and flexible scheduling.

What You’ll Do

Provide companionship, safety, and support

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers)

Support errands/appointments as needed

Observe and report changes in condition

Help patients remain safe and independent at home
