Specialty Care Pediatrics in Edmond, OK is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support individuals approved for the SPPS program. The role reports to the Administrator and involves assisting with daily living activities and documenting care in AlayaCare.

The position requires 18+ years of age, verifiable history, no abuse/neglect findings, and a clean background. TB, influenza, and Hepatitis B records are also expected.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: 18 years of age.
• Verifiable work history or personal references.
• Verifiable identification.
• No pending abuse/neglect/eploitation notes on Oklahoma Registry.
• Not included in OKDHS Community Services Worker Registry.
• No criminal history as evidenced by OSBI check.
• Ability to understand and carry out assigned tasks.
• Not the legally responsible family member of the recipient.

Responsabilités

• Completes SCP identified training within 14 days of hire.
• Assists service recipients with Activities of Daily Living.
• Assists service recipients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living.
• Does not participate in SPPS-prohibited activities.
• Documents service provision in AlayaCare.
• Reports inappropriate actions to the SCP Nurse Case Manager.
