Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support clients in their homes in Edmond, OK. The role offers hourly pay starting at $13.50/hr and daily pay options, with urgent hiring. You will help with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship to improve clients’ quality of life.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and caregiving experience. A compassionate, dependable attitude and reliable transportation are required.

• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal).

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable).
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
