Company Keepers LLC in Georgia is seeking a compassionate, highly skilled personal care assistant (PCA) to support clients in their homes. You will assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, meal prep, and mobility assistance, following each client’s care plan and preferences to promote safety and wellbeing.

You will document progress for clinicians, report to the Administrator, and work under the supervision of a licensed RN.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First aid/CPR certificate preferred.
• PCA competency test or willing to complete within 15 days.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and auto insurance.
• Minimum 1 year health care experience.
• Good communication, culturally diverse populations.
• Able to lift and move clients; physical tasks.
• Prompt and reliable.
• Respect for clients with dignity.
• Willing to comply with laws and guidelines.

We are currently seeking a compassionate, highly skilled, andreliable personal care assistant (PCA) to serve as part of our growing privatehome care family. In this role, you will work with sick, disabled, or elderlyclients in their homes, helping them with basic personal hygiene and domestictasks as needed, according to their requirements and limitations. Duties mayinclude but not limited to housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, changinglinens, trash disposal, accompanying or arranging transportation to placesoutside of the residence for appointments, entertainment, exercise, recreation,shopping, or social activities. You will provide compassionate care andassistance and document clients’ progress to help ensure their overallwellbeing. PCAs will report to the Administrator and will be directlysupervised by the licensed RN.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certificate in first aid and CPR preferred
• Copy of recent PCA competency test or willingness to completewithin 15 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable automobile, and current autoinsurance required
• Minimum one year of experience working in a health care setting
• Candidate will demonstrate good communication skills andcompetence in serving culturally diverse populations.
• Able to lift heavy objects, help move clients, and performphysical tasks
• Prompt and reliable
