Job summary

Senior Helpers – Milford & Providence is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to provide one-on-one home care in client homes across Massachusetts. The role includes bathing, grooming, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.

You will follow each client's care plan, monitor wellbeing, and communicate changes to our office. We offer flexible full-time and part-time schedules, bi-weekly pay, paid training, and growth opportunities near your home.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, PCA, HHA, or CNA is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a compassionate attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to pass CORI background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Monitor clients' wellbeing and report changes to the office per care plan.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Home Care

Pay: $20–$23 per hour

We are currently hiring PCAs in Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Foxboro, South Grafton, Hopedale, Medfield, Mansfield, Mendon, Medway, Milford, Millis, North Attleboro, Sharon, Stoughton, Upton, Walpole, Webster, Wrentham, and surrounding Massachusetts communities.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate one‑on‑one care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and mobility assistance. You'll also monitor clients' well‑being and communicate any changes with our office while following each client's personalized care plan.
