Guardian Angel Senior Services in multiple Massachusetts locations is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in home care. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Prior PCA, HHA, CNA, or caregiving experience is helpful, but not required.
• Clear English communication skills—speaking, reading, and writing.
• Willingness to follow care plans, health standards, and agency guidelines.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to client safety.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meals.
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Preparing meals with clients whenever possible.
• Providing medication reminders.
• Helping with grocery shopping, errands, and other daily tasks.
• Completing light housekeeping, such as laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning.
• Observing clients' well-being and reporting changes to the care team.
• Responding appropriately and responsibly during emergencies.
