Job summary

Senior Helpers of Milford is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support clients in one-on-one home care across several Massachusetts communities. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, reminders, companionship, and mobility, following each client's care plan.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, or CNA experience is preferred but not required.
• Applicants must have reliable transportation and a compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and monitor client well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and mobility support.
• Follow each client's personalized care plan and report changes to office staff.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Home Care

Pay: $20–$23 per hour

Join Senior Helpers of Milford and make a difference in the lives of seniors by helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We are currently hiring PCAs in Bellingham, Blackstone, Franklin, Foxboro, South Grafton, Hopedale, Medfield, Mansfield, Mendon, Medway, Milford, Millis, North Attleboro, Sharon, Stoughton, Upton, Walpole, Webster, Wrentham, and surrounding Massachusetts communities.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you'll provide compassionate one‑on‑one care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, transportation, and mobility assistance. You'll also monitor clients' well‑being and communicate any changes with our office while following each client's personalized care plan.
