Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to support seniors in their homes across many MA towns, including Agawam, Belchertown, and Brimfield.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

As a PCA, you will provide essential one-on-one support that helps clients stay independent, safe, and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, grooming, and meals
Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Preparing meals with clients whenever possible
Providing medication reminders
Helping with grocery shopping, errands, and other daily tasks
Completing light housekeeping, such as laundry, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning
Observing clients' well-being and reporting changes to the care team
