Join our team at The Terraces at Westminster as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA)! This full-time position offers shifts from 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am, and every other weekend is required. We provide a competitive hourly wage between $17 and $19, along with daily pay options.

• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals.
• Provide companionship and support emotional well-being.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident care areas.

Responsibilities for Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.

• Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.

• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.

• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.

• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.

• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.

• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Current CNA certification/license in the state of Maryland required.
