Join our team at The Terraces at Westminster as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in a Full-Time opportunity. The PCA supports residents' comfort and quality of life while assisting the licensed care team, working from 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am, every other weekend required.

With compensation of $17 - $19 per hour and daily pay options, this role offers valuable benefits including tuition reimbursement and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CNA certification/license in the state of Maryland required.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.
• Make beds and maintain tidy, organized resident rooms.
• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.

$17 - $19 / hour (all-inclusive)
