Responsibilities

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing resident care and support.

• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals according to facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance daily living.
