Job summary

Riverton Enhanced Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support the licensed care team in providing compassionate resident care. You will assist with beds, maintain clean resident rooms, and ensure call bells and essentials are within reach.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, Direct Care Certification in PA, and current PA CNA certification/license. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision coverage, and daily pay

• Assist licensed and certified staff in providing quality resident care and support.

• Ensure call bells, bed controls, and essential items are within the resident's reach.
• Assist with serving drinks, snacks, and meals in accordance with facility guidelines.
• Provide companionship and socialization to support emotional well-being and engagement.
• Answer phones and assist nursing staff with communication needs as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas as assigned.
• Support residents with comfort-focused tasks to enhance their daily living experience.

Qualifications for Personal Care Assistant (PCA):

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Direct Care Certification in the state of PA required.
• Current CNA certification/license in the state of PA required.

Daily Pay!

$16-$17/hour (all-inclusive)
